Mr. Miller is the President and founder of AmeriCardGold Stored Value Networks, LLC. Under Mr. Miller’s direction, AmeriCardGold has evolved into a state-of-the-art loyalty marketing platform capable of supporting multiple applications inside a single card, coalition networks, and private label brands, along with fully embedded email marketing and mobile text messaging applications. Mr. Miller is an operations specialist and manages all areas of the business including Information Technology, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance. Mr. Miller started his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Global Risk Management Solutions (GRMS) practice where he has managed a variety of risk management and IT projects serving Fortune 500 type clients. Mr. Miller holds an Advanced Honors Certificate from the University of Delaware and is a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Mr. Schroeder is Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for AmeriCardGold where he is responsible for all sales and marketing activities for driving new business development. In 2001, Steve founded Permission Required, a loyalty marketing firm that specializes in developing strategies to retain, build and enhance service solutions. Mr. Schroeder brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience with 12 of those years in senior management and strategic partnership development. Mr. Schroeder has developed programs for companies such as Coca-Cola, P&G, Global Crossing, Hewlett Packard, Mercedes Benz and others. Mr. Schroeder is considered one of the top 25 rewards and loyalty experts in the world having written numerous articles advising business owners of all sizes and budgets on how to implement customer loyalty solutions to increase revenue and decrease costs.

Justin Souter is a programming veteran, having completed hundreds of projects for clients in a broad range of industries such as entertainment and networking with a specialty in financial services. Justin's work has even been recognized with an Academy Award for Technical Achievement. He has founded several technology companies in the interactive services, social media, and software services arenas. Justin has served as “Virtual CTO” to start-up companies, bridging business, marketing, and technology viewpoints. In his role with AmeriCardGold, Justin oversees R&D and application development and co-designed the company's software infrastructure.

Sherrie Schroeder has an extensive background in customer service working as a Customer Service Manager for Multimedia Services Corp out of Houston, TX from 1999-2000 and more recently for ePacifici Inc. out of Santa Barbara, CA, handling their merchant division. Sherrie has also worked as a director for several local day care centers and preschools. In her current position at AmeriCardGold, Sherrie manages both cardholder and merchant level customer support including new merchant installations and ongoing technical support. She is responsible for resolving all trouble tickets and monitoring key reporting metrics to ensure timely and courteous service for AmeriCardGold’s growing merchant and cardholder base.
