Internet Loyalty/Rewards & Gift Card Solution

Run Gift and Loyalty Right Off The Internet

Our Internet IP Loyalty Card & Gift Card applications are designed exclusively for retail stores and restaurants with a direct connection to the Internet. Each location must have a cable modem or DSL access with the Internet Explorer browser. Cards can either be swiped or scanned with existing equipment and receipts printed through the local printer. Each time a new card is swiped or scanned, an Inquiry transaction is performed on that cardholder's account. A customer profile appears on-screen with available transaction options. Daily transaction activity is submitted real-time to our database for back-end reporting and appropriate points, credits or deductions are made to the cardholder’s account.

Hardware & Software Requirements

If your business already has a direct PoS based system with a broadband Internet connection, then you probably already have all the equipment you need to get started. We'll configure a login screen for your business and email you a software package to install that adds the appropriate icons right to your desktop. You can always hand-key the numbers off the card into your application but scanning or swiping the cards automates this task. If you don't already have a PoS Receipt printer, we certainly recommend adding one so customers can see their point and credit balances but its not required to run the program.

Feature Rich Functionality

The IP Application has virtually every feature can you imagine in a next generation Loyalty & Gift program, including the complete outsourcing of the cardholder enrollment process. Our software and activation process lets your business build a customer database while running a state of the art rewards program without any extra effort or expense.

  • Outsourced Cardholder Enrollment: Once the program is ready to go live, all you need to do is issue cards to your customers and instruct them to activate when they get home. All activations can be done online or by phone where basic demographic information about your customers is collected and stored in a secure database for your access. The program encourages cardholder activation by electronically preventing reward or gift credits from being redeemed until the card has been activated either online or by phone. This control helps ensure the steady build-up of your customer database.

  • Email Authentication & Notification of Rewards: Just like the Bankcard Terminal solution, all email addresses collected during the online registration process are certified through a Double Opt-In process. This helps ensure reliable, accurate email address records for communicating earned rewards and other marketing related promotions. Please see Email Marketing for further information. Additionally, all activated cardholders are automatically notified by email upon earning a reward.

  • Run Rewards & Build a Customer Database: Seamlessly perform Add Points, Redemption, Add Credits, and Void transactions as quickly as you can swipe or hand-key a cardholder ID#. Instantly access full demographic profiles of your customers (Name, B-day, home address, email, etc,) and available Point and Credit balances. Record free form comments on specific customers that would be useful for your sales clerks to know. Watch reward emails automatically notify your customers once they have earned a reward. This application is constantly under development to add more and more useful features for our clients.

  • Gift Card Issuance & Redemption: Although the application is designed specifically to run a comprehensive loyalty and rewards program, you can use the IP application to charge and redeem gift card credits just as easily as you add points to a loyalty card. All the key gift card functions are built into the application in case you decide to issue separate cards for this purpose. Sensitive transactions can also be secured with a 4 digit passcoide known to authorized personnel.

  • Reporting: Through your password protected account, you can view and sort reports of your recent transactions, reward accruals, Customer List and much more. All reports are updated real-time and assist you monitor and reconcile all transaction activity and billings.

Your loyalty and gift card program is part of your overall marketing strategy and establishing the right branding is critical to executing that strategy successfully. We only use the very best graphic artists to design your card. All plastic cards are 30 mil 4/1 colors with varnish and encoded with a magnetic stripe of unique customer ID#s programmed to be read by your card swiper and displayed on screen.

Pricing

Merchants are billed on either a flat fee (unlimited swipe) transaction plan or on a per transaction fee basis starting at $0.25 per transaction, Your business should also budget for the cost of additional peripheral equipment (card swiper, printer) if none are available at your business. Minimum plastic card order is 500 cards. There is no expiration date imprinted on the cards and the cards can be reused repeatedly unlike many other types of gift cards that can only be used once after their value has been used u p.
