Case Study 1: The UCard

AmeriCardGold owns and operates TheUCard.com, a community loyalty network serving the Southern New Jersey area and surrounding neighborhoods. Consumers can use a single card (The UCard) for discounts and reward points at hundreds of participating stores and restaurants. We built the platform exclusively on the Internet website
www.theucard.com where consumers can search for participating merchants and savings using our proprietary search engine. Our software is downloaded onto merchants' Omni 3750 credit card terminals with a robust back-end that manages transaction data, email reward notifications and reporting. Merchants have the ability to log in and make administrative and advertising related changes to their published listing online real-time. Merchants can also access key gift and loyalty reports of transaction activity and customer demographic data.





Case Study 2: The Ultimate Golf Card

AmeriCardGold owns and manages the Ultimate Golf Card program, the Greater Philadelphia area's classiest golf loyalty program. Consumers purchase a membership for $50 and enjoy access to significant discounts on green fees and pro shop merchandise. The marketing and branding of this program is on the higher end of the market and everything from the membership materials to the website to the courses invited to participate has an upscale look and feel. Although this program doesn't integrate or track redemption activity through a card swipe or scan process, this program is an excellent example of our Internet marketing and branding expertise in the loyalty marketplace.






Case Study 3: Family Bundles

AmeriCardGold designed and built the back-end administrative and reporting web server infrastructure that runs the Family Bundles loyalty program. Based in the Seattle, WA area, Family Bundles is a unique loyalty program that rewards cardholders with credits for shopping anywhere inside the vast network of independent businesses. The concept originated out of a plan to help small businesses fight back against the "Big Box Stores" taking over retail America. We also developed Family's Bundle's Internet Application for running the program and worked closely with the company's IT department to configure and integrate a Verifone terminal communications platform with the back-end systems. Other projects currently in development for Family Bundles includes an extranet website with an online toolkit for managing the online merchant community and a consumer search engine for finding participating merchants.






Case Study 4: Motorcycle Rewards

AmeriCardGold designed and built the web server architecture that runs Motorcycle Rewards, a loyalty program designed specifically for the motorcycle and power sports industry. Our software's intuitive, user-friendly front-end enables dealerships to run a sophisticated multiple level loyalty and gift card program. The application is Internet based running off the IE browser. Cards are scanned using a PoS bar code scanner which instantly pulls up cardholder demographic profiles and point/reward balances. Transaction and customer data can be segmented and reported in a myriad of ways for loyalty analysis. Our strategic partner, Greenwood Promotions, based in Cleveland, OH, markets and supports the program in the field while AmeriCardGold maintains and supports the software and database.






Case Study 5: X-Cart For Restaurants

After scouting the marketplace for online food ordering software to supply to our restaurant clientele that was highly functional and affordable, AmeriCardGold decided to create its own software.  We customized the internationally acclaimed X-Cart shopping cart platform to handle the complex requirements of the restaurant industry for online food ordering.  X-Cart For Restaurants includes robust functionality to seamlessly process  general dining and catering orders and works by converting online order confirmations to facsimile and sending direct to the restaurant's fax machine.   The software also delivers a cash back rewards program that gives consumers cash back on every order placed that can be redeemed at any time toward future purchases. 


 

Case Study 6: Amateur Bowlers Tour (ABT)

AmeriCardGold developed a comprehensive stored value program for the  Amateur Bowlers Tour (ABT), Inc.   the  largest amateur tournament club in the United States, with a membership of over 60,000 bowlers and $172M in prize money payouts over their 30-year existence.  The ABT Rewards program runs a gift, loyalty and prepaid program all on one card using our proprietary Internet based application that runs off the IE browser from a wireless connected laptop computer.. Cards are scanned using a card swiper which instantly pulls up cardholder demographic profiles and credit balances.  Rewards membership is divided into Silver and Gold levels, each of which offers special benefits to ABT members.  Rewards members have the flexibility to redeem earned rewards on tournament entry fees, side pots and even online at the ABT Pro Shop with many planned upgrades in the works.

Case Study 7: Bowling Rewards (WIP)

AmeriCardGold is in the process of designing and building a comprehensive stored value program dedicated exclusively for bowling centers that will track a variety of loyalty, gift and prepaid membership activity on a single card using an Internet or Verifone application at the point of sale.  The program will connect entertainment centers with neighborhood merchants for cross-promotional opportunities and feature a robust search engine of merchants connected to the Bowling Rewards network for members to use their card.   We are working on conjunction with the Bowling Proprietors Association of America (BPAA) and Strike 10 Entertainment.  Please visit our under construction website to learn more about this exciting project.
