Everywhere you look today you see businesses that have absolutely no clue how to even build a customer database and among those who try, it’s usually a time consuming hassle that involves human resources, paper signup sheets, and illegible email addresses without opt-in authentication. In 2011 we upgraded our card registration process to support activation through facebook and mobile text in addition to email. Furthermore, all emails and mobile numbers are validated for legitimacy through a 3rd party database in milliseconds in addition to double opt-in authentication.
